How much people did people earn?

Blackpool Tower was opened on 14th May in Blackpool, Lancashire.

Invention:

In early Victorian schools, tables were often made of iron frames and were bolted to the floor so that children couldn’t move them around.

 

 

Victorian fact:

The Cinematograph is invented by the Lumiere brothers, and the first film is shown in a cinema.  It is called ‘Workers Leaving the Lumière Factory’ and is 46 seconds long.

Queen Victoria's age and reign:

Queen Victoria was 75 years old on the 24th May and had been Queen for 57 years.
